Book a consultation

Tell us what is happening.

A few details are enough to begin. We read every request ourselves, and the conversation that follows is confidential from the first call.

LawFiq is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is free and confidential, day and night, on 0808 2000 247.

All fields are required unless marked optional.

The name you would like us to use.

Preferred language
What do you need help with?

Share only what you are comfortable with; the details can wait for the conversation. Up to 2000 characters.

Preferred contact method
Is it safe to leave a voicemail?

If there are other times or ways we should avoid contacting you, tell us in the description.

Your answers are sent to LawFiq over this website's encrypted connection. If you would rather not use the form, email info@lawfiq.com or call 020 3930 1088.

We use what you send only to arrange your consultation. See our Privacy Notice.

Discretion

Contacting you safely

Some of the people who contact us cannot safely take a call, a voicemail or an email at certain times, or from certain numbers. The form asks whether a voicemail is safe. If there is anything else we should know, say so in the description or tell us on the phone, and we will follow it.

What you send is used to arrange your consultation and for nothing else. It is shared with our partner SRA-regulated law firm only where regulated legal work is required and you have agreed to it. The Privacy Notice sets out the detail.

Quick exit

The Quick exit button on this page replaces it with a neutral website in the same tab. It does not clear your browsing history, so if someone else may check your device, use your browser’s private mode or clear the history afterwards.

In immediate danger, call 999.

What happens next

Three steps, no mystery

  1. We read your request

A member of the LawFiq team reads it, not an automated system. If anything is unclear, we ask before we arrange anything.

  2. We contact you the way you asked

By phone or by email, as you chose, and respecting your answer about voicemail. We reply as soon as we can. We do not advertise a fixed response time, because we would rather keep the promises we make.

  3. We arrange the consultation

At a time and in a way that suits you; language requirements can be discussed when we arrange it. The first conversation is about understanding your situation and what you need. There is no obligation to take things further.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Will I be speaking to a solicitor?

Not necessarily, and we will always be clear about who you are speaking to. LawFiq is a UK advisory company: we advise on how Islamic principles and English law apply to your situation, and we plan and coordinate what needs to happen. Where regulated legal services are required, these are provided by our partner SRA-regulated law firm.

Do I have to come to London?

Our office is in London E20, but do not let distance put you off. Tell us where you are and what suits you when you book, and we will arrange the consultation in a way that works for you. If you would like to visit us, please arrange a time first.

Can I contact you in Arabic?

Yes. You can write or call in Arabic or English, and the form lets you tell us your preferred language. Language requirements for the consultation itself can be discussed when we arrange it.

What does a consultation cost?

That depends on what you need, and we will tell you before anything is agreed. Ask when you get in touch. Nothing is charged for reading this website or for sending us a request.
