Four audiences
These are the areas LawFiq teaches in. They are not a list of scheduled courses. Programme details are published as they are confirmed.
- Families and communities
Nikah and civil marriage in England and Wales. Wills, inheritance and Faraid. Family responsibilities across both systems, including mahr and maintenance. What mediation is. Seminars and workshops, in community settings or by arrangement.
- Business owners
Partnership principles and English partnership defaults. Contracts and Islamic commercial principles. Succession and the next generation. Seminars, workshops and short courses for owner groups or trade associations.
- Professionals who advise Muslim clients
For solicitors, accountants, financial advisers and mediators. Advising Muslim clients with cultural and religious fluency. Islamic wills in practice. Nikah, civil marriage and religious divorce. Islamic finance foundations. Professional seminars, in-house training and short courses.
- Institutions and organisations
For courts and tribunals, local authorities, charities, schools, mosques and community organisations. Briefings on specific questions, and training designed around an organisation’s own casework and staff.
Language requirements can be discussed when training is arranged.

Yes. In-house training and briefings are scoped with you: the subject, the audience, the format and the depth. Tell us what your people meet in their work.
Is CPD accreditation provided?
LawFiq makes no CPD accreditation claim. Whether a session counts towards your professional development depends on your regulator’s rules and your own assessment. We can provide a description of any session on request.
