Tell us what is happening.

A few details are enough to begin. We read every request ourselves, and the conversation that follows is confidential from the first call.

020 3930 1088

info@lawfiq.com. In person, by telephone or by video. Enquiries outside opening hours are answered the next working day.

Where regulated legal services are required, these are provided by our partner SRA-regulated law firm.

LawFiq is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is free and confidential, day and night, on 0808 2000 247.

What is it about?

Confidential. We ask only what we need to route your enquiry, and never share it with your family, community or mosque. See our privacy notice.

Contacting you safely

Contacting you safely

Some people cannot safely take a call, a voicemail or an email at certain times. The form asks whether a voicemail is safe. If there is anything else we should know, say so in the note or on the phone, and we will follow it. What you send is used to arrange your consultation and for nothing else. It is shared with our partner SRA-regulated law firm only where regulated legal work is required and you have agreed to it.

The Quick exit button on this page replaces it with a neutral website in the same tab. It does not clear your browsing history. In immediate danger, call 999.

What happens next

Three steps

  1. We read your message

A member of the LawFiq team, not an automated system. If anything is unclear, we ask first.

  2. We contact you

By phone or email, respecting your answer about voicemail. Enquiries outside opening hours are answered the next working day.

  3. We arrange the consultation

In person, by telephone or by video, at a time that suits you. The first conversation is about understanding your situation. There is no obligation to take things further.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Will I be speaking to a solicitor?

Not necessarily, and we will always be clear about who you are speaking to. LawFiq is a UK advisory company, not a law firm. Where regulated legal services are required, these are provided by our partner SRA-regulated law firm.

Do I have to come to London?

No. Our office is in London E20, but consultations can be in person, by telephone or by video. If you would like to visit, please arrange a time first.

What does a consultation cost?

That depends on what you need, and we tell you before anything is agreed. Nothing is charged for reading this website or for sending us a message.
