At Lawfiq, we work hard to provide legal services with honesty, clarity, and respect for your time and trust. Because our services involve professional time, expertise, and advice not physical products we approach refunds differently than product-based businesses.
No Physical Returns
We don’t sell physical items, so there are no product returns. All services are delivered digitally, through consultation, documentation, or legal assistance.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You cancel before we start working on your case or documentation.
- We are unable to deliver the service due to internal constraints or unforeseen issues on our side.
- You experience a genuine service issue, and we’re unable to resolve it even after review.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information from your side
- Services already delivered in full
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of your payment or service date:

- Include: Your full name, payment proof, service type, and a short explanation
We respond within 2–4 business days and aim to resolve each case fairly.
4. Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider.
5. Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If something feels off, or the service didn’t meet the agreed expectations, reach out. We’ll review it with care and offer a fix, revision, or alternative solution before jumping to a refund.
6. Disputes
If you raise a dispute through your bank or payment provider, please notify us first. We’re more than willing to resolve things directly and quickly.
